I‘m usually in front of the camera. However, I also love to help create with my friends. In CREATING CONTENT, I’m sharing my experience as I get behind the lens and try my hand in photography! Today we have Bianca Fortis.

Luckily, it fitted her perfectly
Bianca is a multi-platform journalist and social media consultant, also a swell photographer. Bianca has taken my pictures recently and done amazing work with me in the past, but this time around I wanted to make something for her! I recently received a hat from Kangol that sadly, was too small for me. Luckily, it fitted her perfectly. After Bianca finished shooting for me, I grabbed my Canon and we took a walk around the Mott Haven / Port Morris in the Bronx to find some photogenic backdrops.
Bronx’s evolution
I love bright colors. This was taken at the South Bronx Charter School Inter Cultures And Arts. This building is beautiful. Large colored walls adorn this school. Did you know this place to used to a strip joint known as The Golden Lady? This is definitely a sign of the Bronx’s evolution. I love the space in this picture.

Her hat is Kangol’s Staple Arnold Americano in Black. It is made of flannel and in the USA! You’ll be seeing a lot more of it in Autumn/Winter 2016. But luckily, it also works for summer.
