After a dark, snowy winter and a very rainy and cold spring, summer is finally here in NYC! NAUTICAL STYLE SUMMER INSPIRATION
It’s about darn time, and I couldn’t be happier. I am super stoked to start going on weekend adventures, exploring my hometown of NYC, and definitely getting in some traveling.
The first thing that comes to mind when you think about summer is definitely water. All types of water; whether it’s partying it up on a boat, visiting that seaside town, or chilling at the beach, the perfect casual, but still dandy approved pair of summer shoes is essential to getting the most out of your summer style. So this past weekend I was hanging out at the perfect crossroads of where nautical meets the concrete jungle; the famously fun South Street Seaport neighborhood of NYC. I knew I was going to spend the day walking around the historic waterfront park district, eating at some of the cafes, and later on some outdoor bar-hopping. I was going to need the perfect pair of shoes for my day long excursion.
