The Black Suit/Outfit. Lots of menswear sites will say that a black suit should never be your first suit. Why? Black suits are commonly associated with waiters, corporate, funerals, and ultra formal events. The issue also comes with what else they pair with a black suit. Black suit, black ties, black socks.
Hell, last week I told one of my friends not to get a black suit. It isn’t versatile if it’s your only suit. However, as I told him that, I thought “why?” Why can’t be versatile? The key lies in the accessories.
So this goes out to the guys that only have a black suit or just bought that black suit.
Ok, before we even start. I highly recommend you get your suit tailored. Go to your local dry cleaners in your hood if you must. A fitted suit looks like a million bucks. In this shoot I mixed my suit jacket with black jeans. When you get a suit, you have the option to break them apart to create new outfits.

You need to go bright with black, no navy or grey. Yellow, coral, sky blue, pink, or white mixed with other colors. My yellow flower is brightest when I wear black!
So what do you think? Are you going to spice up that black suit with a splash of color? Let me know!
