If you style a button up cardigan wrong, you might end up in the abuelo zone. But if you do it right, it provides a comfy vest alternative.

BUTTON-UP CARDIGAN
Protects you like a sweater, but a button up cardigan can also add a little style to your look. I like to use a button up as the third part to a three piece suit, and if you match it up right, and keep the fabric of the cardigan light and simple, it can add a touch of casualness to your look.
Another idea: think of your cardigan is as another shirt. Layer over a shirt or t-shirt and make sure the color contrasts with the rest of the look. Also, just like a suit, leave a button undone at the bottom.

machine washable
The button up cardigan I’m wearing was provided by Frank and Oak. Their new cardigans are machine washable Merino. It’s 100% extra-fine Merino fibre, odour, static-resistant, and did I mention machine washable?
