IS IT HOT IN HERE OR IS IT JUST ME?
What do I wear when it’s hot? I still want to be a “dandy” even when it’s hot. I tend to comprise when its 90 degrees (or 32 for you Celsius fans) out there. So to keep it dapper, we can forgo the tie and showy socks here. Linen is key here as it is very light weight and breathable. The shirt and pants are both a combination of linen and cotton so I don’t get a heat stroke out there! The base color of this outfit is gray with parts blue and black to make it pop out.
BREATH
No show socks let the legs breath. You may be thinking, “But Diego, aren’t we suppose to wear white in the summer so it doesn’t absorb the heat?” Turns out, the best color to keep cool in the heat, happens to be black. Black absorbs everything coming in from the sun, duh. But black also absorbs energy from the body instead of reflecting it back. The key is to get dark breathable clothes. That means linen!
