As a menswear blogger, I also get invited to food events. This event revolved around an exclusive tasting of Beaubourg’s new spring / summer menu at Le District. PR companies will send bloggers to these events to build buzz. Where is it? Beaubourg is at Le District – 225 Liberty St. (Brookfield Place). Beaubourg, the brasserie located within Le District, features an outdoor terrace with gorgeous views of the Hudson River, making it the ideal location for summer dining. With the weather getting better, this looks like a great spot for day drinking or a date.
This event celebrated the launch of the new collaboration between Sperry and Jack Spade. Classic style and a purpose built design perfect for any summertime adventure. One of activities at the party was a make your own Instagram layout station. You can see Sebastian make this layout in the video above!
Baldinini F/W 18 Collection Presentation
If you are unfamiliar with Baldinini, they are an Italian footwear brand that started in 1910! With that kind of legacy, you know that the quality is there. Shoes are also handmade. You can tell by the details and nuances in stitching each shoe has.
I had the pleasure of trying these shoes on at the preview. You can see my reaction to it above. Styling and taller!

KENNETH COLE x JOE IURATO Sneakers
Being a GQ Insider has its perks. This night was in celebration of the launch of Kenneth Cole’s limited edition custom KAM sneaker line. Joe Iurato, based in NYC, grew up in the 80s and 90s inspired by graffiti and street art, stenciled all the sneakers in this collection. The Kenneth Cole x Joe Iurato Collection consists of 20 unique pairs available while supplies last at the Bond + Bowery store in NYC.
